Hi!

I’m Paul and I’ve been in the gas and heating industry for more than 25 years, helping thousands of customers in that time.

A former Director of a busy installation firm fitting boilers and heating systems under the Government’s ECO4 scheme, Quick Heating Ltd is about my return to the tools of my trade and the customers I love working for. 

Quick Heating Ltd is back to how heating and plumbing should be:

Local, affordable, quick and quality. 

I pride myself on my work as a heating and plumbing engineer, and on having over two decades of satisfied customers.

Where is Quick Heating Ltd based?

Quick Heating Ltd is based in St Helens, and while I love to serve my hometown where I’ve raised my family, I’m not afraid of jumping in the van and making my way to jobs all over the North West of England, wherever you may need me!

Wherever you are in the North West, I bring my stocked van to your doorstep to assess what you need and get the job done so you can get on with your day.

What makes Quick Heating Different?

From being a young gas and plumbing apprentice to managing my own firm with multiple projects and grants, I’ve seen the best and worst of the plumbing and heating industry over 25 years. 

To me, the bigger companies tend to be more interested in increasing shareholder value that providing a quality and expert service, while some of the smaller ones are looking to do the bare minimum to get paid and get down the pub!

When I created Quick Heating Ltd, I wanted it to be different, and set out FOUR core principles for me to stick by so everyone wins.

Many firms try to grow to big and 'chase the money', overstretching themselves in the process. Quick Heating aims to serve our local community in St Helens first and foremost.

Affordable

Expertise needs to be affordable. I'd rather help 10 people for less than 3 people for more, so you can talk to me about pricing to make your heating or plumbing project work.

Quick Heating Ltd FAQs?

Are you really a gas engineer based in St Helens?

Absolutely. No national call centres here. The buttons and numbers on this website go straight through to me, Paul, your local gas engineer and plumber in St Helens. It’s where I’ve raised my family and I’m not going anywhere else anytime soon. 

Quick Heating Ltd and Paul are both Gas Safe Registered. You should NEVER allow somebody who is not Gas Safe registered to do work on your gas central heating system or gas appliances. Look for the Yellow GAS SAFE Triangle logo. 

Most domestic gas work falls under the Quick Heating Umbrella. Mostly, I spend my days fixing and repairing heating systems that have broken down over time, servicing them, performing annual gas safety checks and installing new boilers when needed.

Plumbing jobs both big and small. It could be reconnecting a sink or changing a bath plug, or something much bigger to get your new bathroom remapped. Just call me with the details of your project and I’ll let you know price and availability. 

Most gas work should be recorded using a CP12 document signed by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and Quick Heating is no different. This includes Annual Gas Safety Checks for Landlords, or for homeowners looking to sell their properties.
